Benjamin Sesko tells of the key element that the Manchester United players have as well as the quality on the pitch.

The Slovakian has had a crucial role for United under Michael Carrick even if he has started on the bench as he has been brought on and scored decisive goals.

In the last game against West Ham the 22-year-old came off the bench and rescued United in stoppage time with an exquisite finish at the near post from a Bryan Mbeumo cross.

And Sesko believes that the team is showing the right attitude to have success this year. He pointed to their spirit and togetherness.

“The way we are all together, all the guys on the pitch and off it,celebrating goals, jumping around when we score it’s like, we are really doing everything to win the games," said Sesko.

He added that it is the basis of what you need to do well and emphasised the role of Joshua Zirkzee who is always cheering the side on from the sidelines.

After a slow start under Ruben Amorim, Sesko has quickly now become a fans favourite.

And he continued: "The best way to introduce yourself is to score goals, without fans you can’t play it's not the same, it gives you another energy and push, after I scored the first goal, people were cheering for me."

He also has given an insight into his life in Manchester and his daily routine.

"It’s been amazing, a new world for me, lots of emotions, it has been fun, each day more," he said.

"If I take a day off I always try to wake at 7am, it's a routine so I try to keep it on my day off and so I can also make the most of the day.

"Then I have my coffee. I am big into visualitons for meditiation I've done for a couple of years now and it is part of my routine.

"I may go for treatment, then I like to play basketball, I don’t like to stay in one place a lot, I try to keep active. I also try to read a book, get some knowledge and then of course sofa time is important."
