Bruno Fernandes gives his clever tactics to bring the best out of his Manchester United colleagues.
The Portuguese is a fundamental part of United's side and he has given an insight into his link-up play with his teammates.
United have moved up the table and are now firmly in the fight for a Champions League place under Michael Carrick.
This is in no small measure down to the performances from Fernandes with his delivery of near-perfect balls.
And now he has broken down how some of his teammates play and what they are looking for. Starting with Benjamin Sesko, he says he is a confidence player who needs to be talked to.
"With Ben I have a lot of these types of conversations because I think he really needs it, he is a player who really needs to feel the comfort of talking to the others," said Fernandes.
"Obviously he has just come, he knows as a striker the pressure at this club for him will come from scoring goals or not scoring goals - of course knowing that this is not just what we want.
"For example at Sunderland at home he had an amazing game, he scored but it was not the goal, it was the way he held up the ball, the way he made us go forward, the way he made it so tough for their defenders to run backwards and fight for the ball."
Then turning to Bryan Mbeumo, Matheus Cunha and Mason Mount he described the difference in the way they want the ball delivered.
He continued: "It is small things like with Bryan I know he is very good with runs in behind but also he likes to go a bit wide, get the ball to his feet and go one-versus-one.
"For Cunha, pocket, give him the ball, run with it and have a go at players. With Mason it is more a case of connection with one-two, short passes, I know how much he likes these things."
He also tells how Joshua Zirkzee and Sesko are very different strikers.
"With Josh last season we could have scored goal of the season against Newcastle, about four passes together and then a great save," he said.
"I know Josh likes to play deeper, with his back to the goal, get the ball into his feet and turn.
"Ben has that but he is also looking to get onto crosses into the box - Josh is more of a build up striker. For me it is more about trying to learn the individual qualities of them and try to play to their strengths."
