Centre-backs Matthijs de Ligt and Leny Yoro have been cleared to face Fulham at Craven Cottage.
Both players had to be substituted during Manchester United's 2-1 Europa League victory over Rangers on Thursday night.
Manager Ruben Amorim later explained that the changes were precautionary.
De Ligt was replaced at half-time by Harry Maguire after reporting discomfort in his leg, while Yoro exited the match 10 minutes into the second half, visibly in pain as he made his way to the dugout.
Post-match, Amorim provided an update on their condition: "Leny has some pain, and Mattha [de Ligt] might have a bruise or a knock.
"Leny was also tired; he’s been playing more recently, so we need to be cautious. We’ll see. I don’t know yet."
The pair were later spotted with the squad on Saturday afternoon, departing from Stockport Station to travel to London by train, signaling their readiness for the match.
Mazraoui and Lindelof
Also in contention Noussair Mazraoui, who missed the Rangers game with a knock, was also seen arriving with the team.
Initially listed as a substitute for the Europa League fixture, it was clarified that the Moroccan full-back was sidelined as a precaution following an injury sustained against Brighton last weekend.
Victor Lindelof, absent since the Carabao Cup loss to Tottenham in December, has returned to the fold.
The Swedish defender, who participated in an open training session earlier this week, is expected to make the matchday squad.
Other Squad UpdatesSeveral first-team regulars, including Lisandro Martinez, Christian Eriksen, Kobbie Mainoo, and Rasmus Hojlund, were also part of the traveling party.
While players like Andre Onana, Harry Maguire, and Amad were not pictured arriving, they are anticipated to be available for selection.
Confirmed Traveling Squad:
  • Goalkeepers: Altay Bayindir, Tom Heaton
  • Defenders: Diogo Dalot, Noussair Mazraoui, Matthijs de Ligt, Leny Yoro, Lisandro Martinez, Victor Lindelof, Tyrell Malacia
  • Midfielders: Manuel Ugarte, Christian Eriksen, Kobbie Mainoo, Bruno Fernandes
  • Forwards: Alejandro Garnacho, Joshua Zirkzee, Rasmus Hojlund
Manchester United will be looking to build on their recent momentum and secure a crucial victory as they continue their Premier League campaign.
