Italian striker Moise Kean is pushing for a move back to the Premier League, and Manchester United are reportedly monitoring the situation closely ahead of a busy summer window.
Kean, currently at Juventus, has endured a frustrating season, with injuries and limited opportunities halting his progress. However, the 24-year-old remains a player of serious potential — and his prior stint with Everton in the Premier League showed glimpses of explosive talent.
Kean is eager to prove himself in England and sees a return to the Premier League as the ideal platform. Sources close to the player say his agents are actively exploring options, with Manchester United named as one of the clubs in contact.
United’s attacking woes this season have been well-documented. Rasmus Højlund and Joshua Zirkzee have struggled for goals, and manager Ruben Amorim is believed to be looking at alternatives who can add pace and finishing ability to his frontline.
While no formal offer has been made, Kean’s camp are said to be optimistic. A source told Italian media: “Moise wants to play regularly and prove himself. The Premier League is a place where he feels he has unfinished business.”
The striker has a special clause in his contract that could help facilitate a transfer, though Juventus would prefer a permanent sale over a loan. Kean is valued at around €20 million, making him a relatively affordable option compared to other forwards linked with United.
Still only 24, Kean has 14 caps for Italy and has shown the ability to lead the line or play as a second striker. His style — strong, direct, and unpredictable — could complement Amorim’s dynamic tactical system.
United’s hierarchy are also said to appreciate Kean’s flexibility and believe that, in the right environment, he could rediscover the form that once made him one of Europe’s top young talents.
With United expected to offload several attacking players this summer, a move for Kean might not just be possible — it might be smart business.
