Marcus Rashford hit a double in Man Utd's 4-0 win over Everton after Ruben Amorim challenge.
The home-grown striker now has three goals in two Premier League after the new boss said he wants Rashford to show he has the desire to get back to his best.
Answering a question at a press conference last week, Amorim paid homage to Rashford's determination: "We'll try to find the right solution for him, but he has to be Marcus, first of all, to return to that moment."
He then added Rashford "has to be the first one to want it". And following this statement, Rashford scored twice.
Rashford scored the inaugural goal of Amorim's tenure in just 81 seconds during a match against Ipswich Town and he now boasts a total of seven goals in all competitions this season.

Amorim's reply

When asked whether Rashford's performance against Everton was an example of him "wanting it", Amorim replied: "Yeah, yeah... he can do so much. He has to continue to improve."
He asserts that Rashford possesses the potential to play even better, further commending him as "like the other guys" who performed impressively in the Everton match.
Amorim anticipates tomorrow as a day of recovery for Rashford, along with preparation for their upcoming match against Arsenal.
United's triumph over Everton propelled them into the top half of the table. However, Amorim reminds fans to focus on the team's performance more than the results: "Let's focus on the performance, congratulations to the lads, let's rest, recover and think about Arsenal."
