Bruno Fernandes swept the ball home from the edge of the area to draw
Manchester United level against Fulham.
The captain rose to the occasion with a left-foot strike into the bottom corner to make it 1-1 at Old Trafford in the FA Cup. It came after Calvin Bassey put Fulham ahead before the break.
Fernandes has been scoring key goals with the team struggling and his stunning free-kick against Everton was crowned United’s Goal of the Month for February.
It was on the back of an outstanding month for the club captain, who was also named Player of the Month for his impressive performances under Ruben Amorim.
Fernandes’s brilliant set-piece at Goodison Park was the spark United needed, inspiring a comeback from 2-0 down to earn a hard-fought 2-2 draw.

Despite fierce competition, Bruno’s strike secured the majority of votes cast on ManUtd.com and the Official App, sealing yet another individual accolade.
The goal also marked his 10th of the season, ensuring he has now hit double figures in both goals and assists in every campaign since joining United.
With a tough run of fixtures ahead, Fernandes’s resurgence comes at the perfect time as United continue their push for silverware under Amorim.

His spectacular effort, which left Jordan Pickford helpless, was followed by another brilliant goal from Manuel Ugarte, completing United’s fightback.
Reflecting on the moment, Bruno told TNT Sports:
"In the second half, when you’re 2-0 down, you have more freedom because you’ve got nothing to lose. You try different things, and that’s why we got the result."
