Bruno Fernandes tells of the mind games he had with Dean Henderson in the Crystal Palace goal with his penalty.
The Portuguese struck a crucial penalty with Palace leading 1-0 and then set up Benjamin Sesko for the winner.
Afterwards Bruno said: "It feels like a big result, we were behind, we had to show some character and I think in the second half we were a little bit more brave with the ball and with the pressing.
In the first half we couldn't find the space, they were defending very well the wide areas. We weren't able to get in behind and cause problems, but now it is another three points and a big win."
Maxence Lacroix lost Leny Yoro and sent a free header from Brennan Johnson's corner past Senne Lammensfor the opener for Palace early on.
United were poor in the first half but when Lacroix was sent off for holding Matheus Cunhain the penalty area soon after the break, it handed them a lifeline.
Fernandes scored from the spot and then Benjamin Sesko headed past Dean Henderson as United marched up to third in the table.
On the penalty, Bruno told how he knew Henderson well, from his time at Utd, and the keeper is known as a specialist in saving penalties.
Fernandes said: "I worked with him, I was with him after he had a spell at Forest, I had a penalty against him at Forest, he told me what he was supposed to do when he was there.
"So I know what he was waiting for from me. He even said to me now that he wanted to go to the same side as he did last week and save it - luckily he went to the other side as I thought and the ball went in."
