Ruben Amorim makes just one change to the Manchester United side that beat Lyon in the previous round – an enforced one with Diogo Dalot the latest to join the injury list.
Noussair Mazraoui continues at right wing-back against Athletic Bilbao with Victor Lindelof preferred to Luke Shaw at the back.
Manuel Ugarte and Casemiro continue in midfield with Kobbie Mainoo among the subs. He is joined by Amad Diallo, back in the squad for the first time since February.
Here is the line-up: Onana; Yoro, Maguire, Lindelof; Mazraoui, Ugarte, Casemiro, Dorgu; Garnacho, Fernandes; Hojlund
Subs: Bayindir, Heaton, Amass, de Ligt, Fredricson, Kamason, Shaw, Eriksen, Mainoo, Mount, Amad, Mantato
United are the only English side still unbeaten in Europe this season – perhaps the only record they can be proud of this term.
In Athletic, they come up against a strong side who have won all six of their home matches in this competition.
There has been a late addition to the United squad today with 17-year-old Bendito Mantato added to the B list for the competition. As a homegrown player, he is eligible to play tonight if called upon.
While Chido Obi is ineligible for Europa League games, Mantato makes up the numbers on the bench tonight. He will be making his club debut if called upon.
Lindelof is making just his ninth start of a season that will be his last at United.
Given Shaw’s injury problems, Amorim is understandably reluctant for him to start twice in the space of five days.
While Matthijs de Ligt is back on the bench alongside youngster Tyler Fredricson, it is the Swede who gets the nod.
Here is the Athletic line-up: Agirrezabala, De Marcos, Vivian, Yeray, Yuri, Jaureguizar, Galarreta, I Williams, Berenguer, Williams, Mardan
Subs: Simon, Gorosabel, Parades, Vesga, Djalo, Guruzeta, Nunez, Lekue, Unai, Prados, Canales, Adama
