Man Utd ready to sell misfiring Rashford with one destination in sight

Manchester United are reportedly open to selling star player Marcus Rashford due to a slump in form

The club's decision is also partially to generate funds for the team's reconstruction under new boss Ruben Amorim.

Rashford's performances have been under scrutiny after a series of unimpressive showings this season and after a disappointing time in the last campaign.

After signing a £300,000-a-week contract until 2028 based on his scoring form in the 2022-23 season, Rashford hasn't been able to live up to it.

Over the weekend he liked a post that was critical of Lisandro Martinez's height as a central defender which caused people to question what was his motivation.

And now he has shared a cryptic two-word message on Instagram directed at former teammate Cristiano Ronaldo.

The 20-year-old re-shared an image of Ronaldo, captioned simply with “What’s coming” and a smirking emoticon.

Some fans theorize it could indicate Garnacho's potential departure from Old Trafford with a possibility of rejoining Ronaldo, who currently plays in Saudi Arabia.

On the other hand, some fans hold the view that Garnacho could be hinting at featuring as a special guest on Ronaldo's YouTube channel.

Garnacho's future at United remains uncertain, a mystery only heightened by his Instagram post.

It comes at a time when the winger's performance has been somewhat inconsistent. He has managed to start only 15 of his 23 appearances this season, the rest coming from the bench, scoring eight goals and providing four assists in 1,443 minutes of play.
