Benjamin Sesko has been praised by
Manchester United technical director Jason Wilcox for his "runs" which are making the team more dangerous in attack.
Wilcox said he was pleased with the way the new signings have adapted at Old Trafford and especially in the way they have given the side more of a threat going forward.
"When we looked at where the performance gap was for us to start pushing up the league table, there was a real lack of creativity, lack of goals," said
Wilcox. "The signings that we've made have certainly contributed to making us better in this area.
Goalkeeper Senna Lammens has also given the team more security at the back.
"We took Senna late in the window, he is going to be a fantastic goalkeeper for us, he started well, he's very level headed but he's also added a lot to the group," said Wilcox.
And about Sesko he continued: " Benji at the top end is going to be an amazing player. It's difficult to be the number nine at Man United. And I know sometimes Mateus (Cunha) and Bryan (Mbeumo) are getting a lot of credit.
"But the runs that Benji's making is also helping Mateus and Bryan as well. So all four of them have done really well. The summer signings from last year, top professionals, you saw Mateus' performance at centre back at weekend was really, really strong."
Wilcox said that Ruben Amorim has a "very clear idea" for the team.
"So we've just got to continue to build the spirit, continue to build on Ruben's idea. Ruben's got a very clear idea. It's a lot more flexible the idea than what people give it credit for," he said.
"We've got to start with the end in mind and understand that, you know, the game model, how Manchester United are is really important and we have to pull the jigsaw pieces together.
"And putting the jigsaw pieces together we would love to have all the pieces in place where we can see a very, very clear picture. But whilst we're building and whilst we're building the picture, it's really important.
"It's even more difficult when you lose some football matches because people start questioning things. But we're really clear, myself and Ruben, Omar, the ownership. We're really clear in the direction of travel and this is really important."
