Kath Phipps was a well-known figure for fans and she has sadly passed away at the age of 85 with her loss keenly felt by everyone close to the club

Working with the club since its European Cup final win in 1968, Kath dedicated over 55 years to United. Her desk at United's training ground in Carrington was a stop for everyone making her absence a highly noticeable change.
