United 1 - 0 Shanghai Shenua

United carried on their unbeaten streak on their globe trotting tour in China, with a 1-0 win over Shanghai Shenua for the Chevrolet cup.

The single goal came from Shinji Kagawa on the 68th minute, after good work from Bébeé on the left wing, was enough to seal the victory for the Red Devils. Kagawa produced another bright and encouraging performance and this has got me and other United supporters excited as to what he is capable of in the Premier League.

Overall, United were comfortable throughout as Shenua omitted both Drogba and Anelka from their squad, so taking away their attacking prowess. Kagawa, like I said was the brightest spark in the final third combining quite well with his new team mates. Anders Lindegaard again raised the No.1 debate with a great save on the stroke of half time denying Griffiths from close range, it will be interesting as to see who will get the shirt when David de Gea returns from his duty with Spain on August 11.

I will post my Match Report on the game, for a more  in depth look at the game.
